Booking Policy

All deposits and fees are non-refundable.  In order to secure your reservation a nonrefundable deposit is required. The deposit will be applied to the total booking costs.  Deposits can be paid online with debit/credit card through PayPal. The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival in USD or local currency. 



  • What happens if my flight is delayed/canceled; will I be refunded the deposit and/or prorated if my arrival date changes? 
    • No, all deposits are nonrefundable. Should your flight be delayed or your arrival date changes (within the scope of your original itinerary) you will not be refunded the prorated the difference.
    • We are not responsible for any delays or trip cancellations. You will  be responsible for the remaining balance of the original itinerary.
  • What happens if I get sick and need to cancel my trip? 
    • Your deposit will not be refunded. You may transfer your deposit if your trip is rebooked within 30 days of the original itinerary (you must be traveling within 30 days of the original trip). If you need to reschedule beyond 30 days of the original itinerary you will be required to remit another deposit.
    • Rescheduling/ rebooking is based upon availability. We cannot guarantee a date will be available within 30 days of the original itinerary. If there is no availability your deposit will not be refunded and you must submit another deposit to reschedule at the next available date beyond 30 days.  
  • What form of currency is accepted?
    • Fantasy Flats accepts payment in local currency (EGP) or USD.
  • What happens if the excursion I reserved/prepaid for is canceled?
    • All excursions  are non-refundable.  If you are unhappy with the excursion or the excursion did not meet your expectations you will not be refunded. Fantasy Flats will do our best to remedy any issues/incidents but we cannot guarantee any resolution.
    • If the vendor cancels the excursion(s) for any reason Fantasy Flats will offer a rescheduled date/time if available. If you do not wish to reschedule you will be provided a full refund for the excursions that were prepaid.
    • If you cancel your excursion for any reason you will not be refunded.
